Wine Selection 
Very pale bright lemon hue. Ethereal nose with notes of ripe citrus and aniseed. Well textured and integrated palate. Subtle, stone fruit and herbal character result in an harmonious whole.
Wine producer Olivier Fichet has devoted his life to farming and growing the reputation of his beloved vineyards in the Mâconnais. Since taking over from their father, the brothers have increased the size of the vineyards from 11 to 20 hectares and raised the quality level of their wines considerably.
Cheese Selection
Inspired by the cheeses of the Swiss Alps and named for a local alpine monolith, Arethusa’s Mt. Tom is sweet and nutty with a light, mouthwatering tang and evergreen aromas.
