Sippin’ on Citrus

Vodka + Elderflower liqueur + Clementine juice + Ginger beer
In a large pitcher, combine the vodka, elderflower liquor and clementine juice. Chill until ready to serve. Just before serving, add ice and ginger beer. Serve garnished with thyme or cranberries. Serving size 4-6.
