Pairs well cider or beer -- everything from fruit beers, stout, weiss beer, porter and belgian ales get along famously with blue. In the world of wine, we recommend cabernet sauvignon, chianti, pinot noir, zinfandel, riesling, syrah/shiraz, ice wines and malbec.
